Your carer can redeem paper vouchers in one of three ways - email, Freepost or Freephone - your carer can choose the method that suits them best. Sodexho Pass arranges for electronic payment by return, directly into the carer's bank account. This guarantees payment and avoids any delays in the post. The carer may redeem vouchers as soon and as often as they like.

E-vouchers do not need redeeming. Carers are paid straight into their bank account at your instruction.

Carers can contact our Customer Care team and upon verification of voucher numbers we can arrange for payment into their bank account. Alternatively they can send any kept counterfoils into us to for payment.
