How do I redeem paper vouchers? 

You redeem them through Sodexho Pass in one of three ways - email, Freepost or Freephone.
Email: redemption@sodexhopass.co.uk with the voucher number(s) (with no spaces) in the content of the email.
Freepost: Childcare vouchers should be sent to the Freepost address provided. Ensure you retain the counterfoils for your records which will still allow payment to be made in the unlikely event that the vouchers are lost in the post.
Freephone: Ensure you have the vouchers to hand and ring the Freephone number - 0800 019 2544 at any time of night or day.

How do I redeem e-vouchers? 

No redemption is required for e-vouchers. The parent receiving e-vouchers will arrange payment directly into your bank account.
