Worth an estimated total turnover of £900,000, Sodexo will employ 12 staff to provide hospitality and housekeeping services for the 50 bedroom residential conference centre, which offers training facilities and an out of hours function venue.
The win is in addition to a larger contract which already sees Sodexo provide catering, cleaning, housekeeping and land technology services at Construction Skills' four regional training centres.
"This new contract win will allow us to co-ordinate all services as one provider", said Nigel Bryant, account manager at Sodexo. "It is an excellent opportunity to strengthen our existing relationship with Construction Skills and has the potential to grow as more centres are opened to keep pace with the current boom in the construction industry."
