Sodexho chef swaps apron for running shoes
Directors Table's principal chef Anton Edelmann will join thousands of other people hitting the streets of London on Sunday 22 April, as he takes part in running the Flora London Marathon.
Directors Table's principal chef Anton Edelmann will join thousands of other people hitting the streets of London on Sunday 22 April, as he takes part in running the Flora London Marathon.
Joining forces with Unilever Foodsolutions, Anton will raise money for WellChild, the official charity of the marathon. With places among the 46,000 runners at a premium, Unilever Foodsolutions secured a place for Anton to run on behalf of the charity. For every message of encouragement Anton receives via the company's website www.unileverfoodsolutions.co.uk, Flora will donate 10p to WellChild (up to a total pledge of £5,000).
