Sodexho Pass UK win top award
Sodexho Pass UK scooped the award for being 'Childcare Voucher Provider of the Year' at the annual Employee Rewards and Benefits gala dinner held at the prestigious Grosvenor House Hotel in London on 21st February 2006.
Beating off stiff competition from other childcare voucher providers- the judging panel gave the award to Sodexho Pass UK for bringing the usual Sodexho Pass innovation and customer focussed development into the childcare voucher industry.
Of particular interest to the panel was the development by the Sodexho Pass IT department of the new Family Account which allows couples both taking childcare vouchers to have them paid into a single account, thus cutting down on payment transactions to carers. The panel felt that Sodexho Pass had clearly demonstrated an ability to listen to what their clients wanted and had the capability to deliver it - often in remarkably short time scales.
Also noted were the company's customer care skills in pro-actively communicating to clients issues that directly affect them be it reminding them of a non receipt of an expected order or advising them on any number of diverse topics through the helpline.
The award was accepted on behalf of Sodexho Pass UK by Managing Director Iain McMath who paid tribute to the hard work that his entire team has put in over the years to make the Sodexho Pass childcare voucher service the best in the UK.
