From the outset you will have responsibility for tackling real issues, something that will develop continually throughout your career with us. In return we will not only support you through your professional CIMA accountancy qualification but also provide core competency and business skills development which will provide the springboard for future management roles.

We are seeking real talent, individuals who can go right to the top of our organisation. You will associate with our values and be adaptable, team oriented and show good leadership potential. You will be expecting, or have already obtained, a minimum 2.1 Honours degree and we shall also expect to see evidence of your analytical and numerical capabilities.

What are we looking for?
You will have a minimum of 260 UCAS tariff points (or equivalent) and be expecting, or have already obtained, at least a 2.1 Honours degree in any subject.

Your rewards
A salary of £25,000 on joining and benefits which include bonus and pension.

Dates for your diary
The closing date for our December assessment centre is 20 November 2008. You will start your career with us in Manchester in August 2009.
