Since 2003, our worldwide sustainable development strategy has defined commitments to our stakeholders: clients, customers, employees, suppliers, shareholders and the countries in which we operate. Our strategy is built on day-to-day practices that demonstrate our social, economic and environmental commitments.
Stakeholder consultation
Our commitment to understanding and meeting the needs of our stakeholders is a central part of our approach to corporate citizenship, as reflected in our corporate citizenship model. As well as talking regularly with our employees and clients, we seek opportunities wherever possible to engage with public bodies, academic institutions and government departments to share our experiences and contribute to discussions on some of our key issues, such as sustainable procurement and healthy eating.
